Unprofessional, incompetent, and the last people on earth you want to trust with your hard earned money. Banking is a detail oriented business and everyone here from the managers to the regional managers are rude, careless, and lack any semblance of customer service. I'll be closing my business checking and credit accounts and while not a tremendous amount of money, I will NEVER spend a dollar utilizing any TD Banking products.
Very unprofessional, do not how to open simple checking account, do not know any differences between accounts! Did some one even try to train?
The manager of this branch spoke to me with indignance and used a very poor tone when trying to explain my situation. Her customer service is in desperate need of training. Also her accessibility is difficult. Someone else needs to be authorized to do her job when she is not at the bank as I made three trips there to get a problem resolved and she wasnt there or was too busy to address my concern. In all fairness, she did promptly resolve the problem initially but was inaccessible after that and made no attempt to contact me. I am a new customer and am dissatisfied with TD Bank's operation.
Rosa and Justina at this branch are the absolute worst. We have four business accounts with TD bank and go the extra distance to go to the branch on Federal Highway where they actually are helpful and don't hate customers entering the branch.
New staffers are young and unprofessional with attitudes, greetings don't even sound genuine. The staffers that opened the branch few years back (tellers and desk customer service help) were friendlier and dressed liked professionals. Just look around the entire bank when you go....
