Place is awesome. Beautiful women taking my checks who are all a pleasure to be around and the best part is eventually I get that money back! No drive up teller for me! But seriously it is a pleasure to go to a bank where the employees remember your name and are very warm and nice to be around. To think I used to pay to stay at places for hours to give my money away! Keep it light. Thanks ladies!
New to the area and BofA's ATM machines I was walking around in total confusion when Jennifer Ferguson, BofA's Relationship Manager, came over and asked if she could help me with anything. I explained I needed to deposit a check and didn't want to go through the drive thru because I'm not familiar with BofA's ATMs and didn't want to hold up the line. She then proceeded to walk with me to the bank ATM machine (which I didn't even see) and showed me step by step how BofA's ATM's operate. My old bank had a completely different ATM system involving deposit envelopes, etc. Jennifer showed and explained each step and option and made sure I understood what she was explaining. I wish all businesses took care of their customers like she took care of me.
Made an appt for Friday afternoon at 3:30. They were busy, but I was greeted at the door and asked to take a seat and wait. I ended up waiting about 30 mins but met with Francesca who was great. She apologized for the wait and was extremely efficient and courteous as she helped me with my issue. Staff here seemed friendly, but I probably will try to go in the middle of the week as Fridays and Mondays seem a little hectic.
A few weeks ago, Jennifer Ferguson helped my husband and his brother with some banking matters. They both said that she went out of her way to help them and that she was a real asset to the bank
This bank branch was amazing.... I work in Delray, and I normally go to the branch on Linton and military every time I go there I feel like they dont want to help me because I'm young, every time I leave i'm disappointment. This branch is great!!!!! I made an appointment for a debit card replacement & ended up meeting with Laura M. she's a finical adviser and to say the least she was AMAZING. As I said before I went in for a new debit card, and asked her about my finances she completely put me in ease. Great branch, better staff. - Elayney
