I been coming there for the past few months to cash my work checks and now today they refused me and turn me around saying anything can happen between today and tomorrow with FedEx a well known company and we will loose that money.... Are you serious so for 3 months your employees have been doing this but I get turned around today?? I will be calling headquarters because apparently they don't all work the same there.. as a mother who needs this and to get turned around after consistently being able to cash my check is ridiculous ... The manager and team are unprofessional and needs to be re trained ASAP.... DO NOT go to BOA they break rules when the want and try to force you to open and account.
Great bank location not so great line speed! Too many people for this bank, needs more lanes!
If I could give it 10 negative starts I would!!! The WORST back ever! Never more than 1 teller manager hides in the office. They could give 2 craps about their clients! JUST PLAIN AWFUL!
Go to any other branch besides this one. I have been here 3 times and all 3 times they are unwilling to help me. The manager is rude and pompous. Has a huge chip on shoulder. I go for services that is always readily available for BOA customers and they have reject me saying I need an appointment and unwilling to help despite they have the power to do it. Underperforming. This place needs to be shutdown.
Came in at 12:15 on a Monday and at 12:35 still in line for the teller. One teller and 5 people sitting in offices. I ask the teller if she could ask for help and she said she was the only one able to handle the money. What was the hold up, someone converting money into 5 different currencies. This was not a quick process mean while 5 more people have come in and left waiting on this one teller. We now have another delay as she has to help the armoured car driver.
