They are quick. It only cost a few bucks to get stuff notarized. The Fed ex store will not do notary anymore. Be sure to bring your government I'd with you and have all of your papers in order before approaching the window. Plenty of handicap parking. The store is only one floor and most all of the signs are English and Spanish. I will go again.
They always have a problem to offer the Western Union services. The only explanation is that the "system is down" when all the Amscot location around are working. The customer service is not bad, there is no costumer service at all in this location.
I'm only rating this location with one star because of my experience with the customer service. Yurdy, the service rep was very condescending and knows exactly how to make an aggravating situation worse!! I ended up just leaving! Someone needs to retrain some of the service reps as this location
The representative Kelia was very rude and not helpful. I used Amscott many times before consistently to cash checks and even do pay day advances. She rudely interrupted and i had me file and send paperwork to only advise me she could not assist me The representative knew from the beginning that she could not because my phone was disconnected which she was advised at the time I arrived. I’m very disappointed at the service I received today and give amscott a negative zero review
While We All Easily Make Mistakes When We Count Cash Entirely Too Fast!!! Initially There were A Minor Mishap Of Communication & Financial Accuracy with This Business and It's Staff, Once I Followed Procedures to Resolve The Matter I Was Forced to Contact The BBB & "Help Me Howard" To Get the Help I Deserved Overall I Was Satisfied that The Business Mailed me a Full Refund Check And I'm Pleased to Say That I Am Still A Customer of Amscot Financial Institutions ☺
