SunTrust in Coral Springs, Florida

I would choose zero if the App allowed me to. A woeful experience with them. I can only hope that the coming merger phases out as many of the SunTrust personnel as possible. I came in to cash a small, simple payroll check from a well-known establishment to which have many employees all known to the bank and yet their verification process to cash my check was so excessively lengthy that it burned up all the time I had and I was forced to retrieve the check and simply deposit into my own bank. The check nor myself have even the slightest of issues. It's the SunTrust process in its dreadful entirety. Management was highly aware of the lengthy delays and my obvious frustration but did absolutely nothing to address or aid the problem or my angst with the saga. Not one, but two management members of management could not be bothered one instant and proved their gross indifference. Never had good experiences with them and today only cemented my poor impressions for ample reasons.

Worse bank ever, talk about manipulating transactions just to charge you excessive Overdraft Fees. Customer service is no help, they are programmed and underpaid obviously from some country hardly speaks english or understands when call in. Here the icing on the cake, you overdraft on one item they reorder everything, you even get charged an overdraft for items you purchased when you had sufficient cash at the time of purchase....They are just awefulll! Run for the hills and go join a bank that cares! Should of done my research before joining, thus their lawsuits in multiple states for excessive fees! I wanna know who the hell owns this bank cause they must be really broke and in need of funds to be taxing people!

Worse bank to go through!! VERY unprofessional. Asked to speak with manager and was no help told me to come back. Ill Stick to citi bank I've never had a problem with citi.
