Came to Cedar Key for weekend with friends. We have stayed at this place 4 times. It is right across the street from the beach and a beautiful park. It is a large room with 2 queen beds and a futon. It is very dog friendly! The whole little town is dog friendly. Most people like to travel this small town in a golf cart. They rent them there and also rent pontoon boats. We spent the day on the boat visiting several of the islands on the west coast of Florida. The rooms have a kitchen and we usually bring food from home to share with our friends. There are also several great restaurants close by. Park Place is less than 100 a night when not a holiday. The only problem is there is not a pool there.
Great place to stay. Very friendly staff and really enjoyed my stay. Has a nice view of the water and the park and a very nice private deck. Room had a really comfortable bed and a nice little kitchen. Will definitely be back to stay here alot more. I highly recommend Park Place.
Room was nice but the floor was gross, the sheets were dusty, and bath mat was gross. Really needed to be cleaned better. Management tried to blame the dinginess of the room on the owners for that room. However the location was prime and in all the room itself was pretty nice.
Great location, friendly staff, and easy check in and out. The bed was comfortable, but the AC unit in the loft didn’t work properly. House keeping was ok, but not great. The room was decent but cleanliness was not to my standards. ( cobwebs in bathroom, couch was stained, chairs at table stained and legs very lose), coffee pot was left on and scorched - needed to be replaced. There were birds living in the south wall behind the bed. They were active early mornings waking us up!!!
