No statements sent. I initially requested statements be sent to my home. Nothing for months. Called them to get a payoff amount. Sent that amount. Asked for statements to be sent. Nothing. Called back to get a statement, they said I still owed money. Paid that amount. Asked for a statement again. 15 days later still waiting.
David the branch manager is the RUDEST manager I’ve ever met. Do not bring your business here.
I hear the horror stories about places like this, but let me tell you this place isn't one of those - they came through for me when I desperately needed them - this is not your typical loan company - they are caring and easy to work with - David and Aida have been amazing - my first experience was with I believe J Mcintosh -who is now a VP with the company - GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!
