Very pleased with this location, the staff is always so Helpful. Terii usually helps us and takes very good care of our family! But if she is not there we never have an issue getting helped. Even when we look through the dvds for half of an hour.
Even the cashier Barbara said I'm better off selling products on Ebay than doing business with their store. Terrible brokerage. Absolutely would not recommend, even the employees agree.
Normally, I don’t have any issues with the staff at this location. I have been coming here for a few years now and would have to say that Eunice the Manager is quite unpleasant. She always seems to have a hate for people, never smiles and is quite uncomfortable to be around. I bring a lot of business to this location by bringing in gold to sell, but feel that I may no longer bring my bussiness here anymore. She always has snotty/rude remarks to make to the other employees and the patrons. I don’t know about you, but the last time I checked managers are suppose to be the face of a company. I think the HR department of cash America needs to reevaluate her job. There is a lot of other employees at that location that would do a much better job than she does.
