Was greeted as soon as I walked in through the door with a hello and a smile. Very professional and efficient interaction. I believe I was helped by the store manager and the customer service that was given was impeccable. I will be going to the Boca location only from now on.
Upon calling to verify the cost of cashing a check the teller refused to provide me with an answer saying they could not offer a quote over the phone. I asked for a rundown of applicable fees for cashing a standard payroll check. Same answer. Upon asking asking why I would do business with them if they couldn't provide me with basic information about their services, I was told they offered the best customer service. This was completely false. The same teller was extremely obnoxious, tried to swindle me and then invited me to call 911, refusing to give me back my check before he saw me calling them. Most shady establishment I've had the displeasure of visiting!
