John Demming, Sue Chaney and Bianca Perez are one heck of a team. They are extremely qualified and have the professionalism that is required to do the work that they perform. When they give you a timeline, they are giving you a realistic date and not just telling the borrower what they want to hear. It's honest people like them that is missing in the other companies. I truly am appreciative that I was referred to them.
The worst experience that I have ever had with "professionals." Four and a half months, with slacking service and in the end they told me there was some random reason why the could not refinance when a month ago they were trying to get me to leave a wedding to find documents that I had already sent so I could close that day. Not really sure how I could close that day if I provided the documents if the problem with the refinance was something completely different. In the month that they took from wanting me to provide documents for one thing to them giving me some random reason why they could not refinance. I was able to go to another company to refinance my loan that said their reasoning for not refinancing is not accurate. Sucks that I had to fork out the appraisal fee twice. My favorite experience is when I received an email from one person talking bad about me to someone else. Oops probably should not have hit that "reply all" button. They immediately realized what they did as there were many emails that stated she tried to cancel or retrieve the email sent. Thanks for nothing.
