They should get negative Stars. twice we got max loans on our vehicles and twice we paid them off in full. This last Christmas we got a loan on our 2011 Kia Sorento. For 1300.00. I called them and offered to bring 500.00 on the first . They told me that my car is already up for repo. I asked why repo so quickly and she said they are not familiar with us and it's been a few years since we did business with them even though we have two previously successfull loans. I informed them that we had a medical emergency. My husband has a tumor on his spine and is stage 4 in liver. Very cold and couldn't care less. Well I do .We sold our home to get this car for trips to Houston for treatment. Because of all other expenses we are now living in our car. Not sure what to do now that they won't even except payments unless in full. Which is now over 1600..00. should have known better but I had done good bizz before. Capitolism.at it's best. Predatory lending and no shame.
