Tower Loan try’s to get money from companies that have sold or been bought out a year prior to them loaning money to a former employee of the sold company; instead of checking their dates and doing their homework. I believe they would try to send a bill to a dog in a shelter if they think they could get a buck$ . The manager at the tower loan in MONROE is rude and should be working in a drive through, no personality.
I'm was going through the process of settling my deceased mothers estate when a lien from 1998 came up from Tower Loan. The lien had been paid of in 1999 but for whatever reason they could not provide me with a release of lien. Instead the manager offered me a signed affidavit for me to pick up, but did not sign it leaving me with a worthless copy. When I returned again to get the signature he wasn't there and the staff tried to pawn me off to come back another time. Only when I regretfully last my temper did anything get done. Short story is because somebody didn't do their job nearly 20 years ago I had to force them to do their job now.
