All the ladies in the local office are AWESOME.... But whats NOT awesome is the CORPORATE or MAIN office.... they dont bother to REPORT or UPDATE, to the credit bureau's. your loan payments/status sometimes FOR 2 OR 3 MONTHS, holding down your credit score..... LOVE the local office and all the ladies there.... but the corporate/main office.... NOT SO MUCH.... ANYONE ELSE notice they dont report sometimes for 2-3 months?! In response to Corporate's post saying to call between 8:30 am and 5pm to discuss my concerns..... *sigh*..... I CALLED AT 11AM WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY.... AND BOTH TIMES, GOT A RECORDING SAYING THEYRE HOURS ARE FROM 8:30-5, MONDAY THRU FRIDAY..... ISNT 11AM BETWEEN 8:30AM AND 5PM?!?! Meanwhile, TODAY.... we just reached 3 MONTHS SINCE THEY HAVE REPORTED MY PAYMENTS TO ANY OF THE CREDIT BUREAU's....
