I love that bank . They have awesome customer service. When they are busy and only have 1 or 2 tellers on the inside the 2 men will come out their office if they don't have any clients and help out as much as they can. I will continue to Bank here. Keep up the great work !!!!
A HUGE THANKS to Mark, the GM at Chase Bank in Scott, LA. Last Saturday I took my father in, who was struggling to stand up using his walker, and Mark led him to a chair and handled his transactions for him 'from his chair'. We were both thankful and I was most impressed. He truly went 'above and beyond'! If I lived there, I'd definitely do business with them.
Posted a bad review years ago but it was removed apparently. My grievances obtained directly as a result of this branch carry with me to this day. The main reason I closed my chase account was this branch specifically.
Be Advised...w/only 1 ATM accessable by vehicle. Usually least a 2-3 car wait...Considering this location has closed all 5 Teller Drive through lanes permanently. so it's not uncommon to spend 15 -20 minutes wait. The parking lot is also somewhat difficult to navigate.
Never have a problem with Chase that they don't immediately try to help me with. Also the staff at this branch are helpful and efficient.
