There was only one window open and the customer was trying to open an Flare account but she didn't know the address or telephone number to her employer. I had to stand there in line and wait for about 20 minutes and there were people walking out because of the long wait. I have been a customer for a long time and the employees are very polite and know me by my first name. Tamara I know for one of the best employees, she always gets me in and out.
