Branch employees are great. If you need to speak to a person, call another bank. You’re on eternal hold shuffled around with the automation and then disconnected after a 15 minute hold time. I was a corporate banker for 20 years and just being real, Regions needs a better system.
We have used Regions Bank for many years and have always had good service. The last 4 years we have used the Oak Grove branch and I can honestly say that they are the best. Such a down home feeling upon entering their doors and they always have time to answer questions or any problem you might have. Thanks for all you do.
