This place is a rip-off. I took a $400 guitar there hoping to get a $100 loan and they only let me borrow $50. Four months later I went to a different pawn shop with the same guitar and they were willing to let me borrow $125 but I settled for the hundred dollars. I'll never go to Cash American Pawn again to shop or for help.
They really try to help you with whatever you need help with. Weather it's pawning, selling or buying.
I am upset right now and have filed a complaint with the company I have been a customer with this company for years in Bossier City la now I come to lake Charles and it's bad business here the Mamager Jerry makes deals one day and forgets about them the next so I will see what the district manager will do all I want to do is buy a ring that's been sitting there for months and months at the price he gave me hmm or I can take my money elsewhere
