Tower Loan is a great company and they have helped me and my husband out a lot! I had an unexpected change and wasn't able to make some payments and I spoke with their manager he was very helpful. I was very stressed with life at the moment and explained my circumstances about my husband and I...... I been reading reviews about the company and some of the reviews were quite scary. I must say that those who talk down on TL must be those who are behind, do not explain their situation nor talk to their managers. I can't speak for everyone else but my experience here in Lafayette has be above standards. I will definitely recommend Tower Loan.
This company is horrible . The company I used to deal with was taken over by tower loans since then ive been stuck paying this company . They are obnoxious shout at u and very rude. I went to the lafayette location to bring paperwork to them they were very rude and begain shouting at me and threatning me . I'm working on transferring my loan . I was accused of not making a payment and yet i had proof of making a payment so yea they werent to happy about me showing them proof . If u disagre with these people they begin acussing u of being rude and shouting but in actuality thats what their doing these people are beyound rediculous.
They keep coming to my house and the person they're looking for doesn't live here! I've spoken with a manager several times because they won't leave and I'm filing a report with the police.
