The staff is very polite & friendly. Their lines are sometimes long but they are always apologetic about the wait. Nevertheless, the service is A-1!!!!
The associate was very friendly, knowledgeable and thoughtful. She gave me different options to trying to help me save money.
The workers knew I had forgotten a bag with newly purchased clothing in it at their store. I left and they did not even think to put it in the back for a later return. They watched as someone else walked off with it. I tried calling the store numerously with no answer. I called a final time and was told to call back in 5 minutes. Instead, I walked up there 7 min later and 2 employees were just sitting around, eating.
