It's sad that this company has reviews in front of them but they don't read them. A few practices they should read about and others they need to change. Taking care of customers is great business. It's a business and everyone won't be approved but you still expect great service. On two occasions, the company has taken my info and told me I would hear from them. I know I'm not in a great position but when I give my personal info, the expectation is that I should hear back so that I can take further steps. NOT ONE RETURN PHONE CALL. It's ok to say it's business but numbers don't drive return business or recommendations. Service does. The lack of is bad business.
