Never had a problem with Ms. Brandy. It was so easy to get my loan and paying over the phone is convenient. She is very well mannered and her asst is just as great.
Only gave this place one star cause I have to don't go to the gonzales location the lady Brandy that works there will harrsse u she's calls three to four times in one days five to six days a week I have been here three years now and always go.i. A refinance my.loan to make my credit go up I fell.into hard time and even let her know this she won't take a payment from me.know she wants me to pay the whole thing off at one time and I can't right now it's so bad I about to put harrassment changes on her I have called the Corp. Office and no calls back I have never delt with such rudness and disrespect from a company please don't go there unless u want ur to blow up she will even call five days before ur loan is due and start thanks for all the bad surface world finance
