Extremely rude/almost nonexistent customer service every time. Not sure what the problem is at this location.
Needing cash for the Christmas in the village celebration, we drove to this location for use of the ATM. Not only is it inconveniently on the opposite side of town but it only has one walk-up ATM that wasn't operating! This happens all too often with Cap one and I'm frankly sick of it! I ended up using the very nice, centrally located Chase bank on Range and got what I needed from their fully operational ATM with the exception of the $3 charge. All this technology today and you guys don't even have an operating ATM...... Very disappointing to say the least...
Going to miss them when it closes next month
Extremely rude!
Poor/no service. Waited to see a teller until I gave up and left. One teller tied up with what must have been a very complicated problem and other employees wandering around seemly doing nothing.
