Ladies are very nice and helpful! Never once did I go in or call did anyone give me the run around! Always in and out if I was running late! Very helpful when i set my account to pay over the phone and explained wh aww t I had to do each month! I would recommend anyone to go here for a loan!
Mary Trahan at the Crowley office is awesome :) I've been dealing with Franklin Financial for almost two years now and I've never had a bad experience.
