I just called this place about Pistol and the lady had a attitude on the phone. I'm a Commission Officer and a gun collector so I tried to give this place business cause I saw on their website that a FNS 40 has been sitting there for over two months now but I see why now cause she just lost them good business cause if she would've done right and show real customer service I would've brought the pistol plus probably more but I'm going to take my 3250$ some where else. If they dont change their bad customer service and rude nasty attitude, they're going to lose a lot of customers...smh
They sold me a faulty air compressor and will not exchange it or refund my money. I didn't even own it for an hour before I brought it back. The store manager had a nasty attitude when I tried to return it and told me that I was stuck with it. Great business right????
Haven’t pawned anything here but my buying experience here has always been great. Good prices and good products.
I will never return
Been there 3 times. When I say slow I mean slowwwwwwww been there 3 times walked out 3 times attendants spend more time repeatedly walking in the back room leaving customers waiting and waiting. Last time I was there only one customer at counter they spent more time talking about the Superbowl and fishing leaving there customers to wait on their conversations that had nothing to do about business. If you don't mind waiting forever on their slow service go there if you have a life and have other commitments in the day don't waste your time going there. Customer service is poor.
