Kevin Spears is the owner of a company named Affordable Lock and Key, who we reached out to for our door lock mechanism issues. We were billed $437 just for them to not complete the job. They have never done business here and are not in our system. “Blue Cow Playz” is also an employee of this company. There are serious conflict of issues here. I, like many women, take offense when a man calls a woman “large”. Affordable Lock and Key is a joke of a business who are ran by men who look down on women.
Manager was very rude after flirting with me. I was there just to get a short loan. She was flirting and giggling with me then suggested we go out for a date. I told her no you are not my type and she got very rude and called me ugly saying that she was just trying to be nice. I asked for my check back and she threw it at me. Her large assistant that was working with her laughed at me. I left and will never return.
I only gave one star cause there was not the option to give 0 stars. Very rude, they are mean evil and do not treat their visitors with respect.
Management is rude and awful to you. The store manager has bad attitude about everything, if your a day late they send your checks to the bank even though you called. Would never recommend this company for a loan unless you like dealing with rude and crude service.
