I definitely would not recommend doing business here. I went in yesterday and my husband spoke with a lady there to make sure I can go renew his loan being he was at work. They said yes over the phone. I got there looked at the lady and said I need to renew a laon for my husband and she said okay. Told me how much is was , I paid her then she gave me $5 in change and said he has to be there to renew it. So I couldn't get my money back or renew it. She knew what I was doing and didn't tell me until after she took my money that he had to be there to renew it, even after telling him on the phone I can.
I absolutely loved the customer service reps, they were very helpful and consistent. I would recommend this place of business any day.
Don't make u go thru alot for a loan and low repays
Absolutely horrible customer service, clearly a place that isnt in the business of helping people but in the business of using people. I had everything required for a loan and she wanted to give me an attitude just bc she didnt believe the number I gave her was a direct line to my boss. He verified my employment after I verified my income and she still YELLED at me she couldnt do anything to help me. My boss even called back to re verify and she yelled at him I could give proof of income after I provided as such.
I had to give a star just to comment but I would give them a 0 very rude when speaking over the phone!!!! No customer service at all!
