I went into the advance america today on oneal lane. I had the best and warm experience there. I was greeted by a worker name Shelby she was very kind , friendly, helpful and well knowledgeable of the service she provided to me.. I will refer all my friends and family there.. Way to go Shelby keep up the good work . she have fantastic customer service... Thumbs up
If you have to get a payday or title loan, Advance America is the place to get it and this particular branch is the one to visit. All of the employees are friendly - most will remember your name if you don't pay off right away. And what I especially liked about O'Neal is that they are fast. Paying a bill isn't something most people like to do, so getting in and out quickly is a definite plus.
This is my second time visiting and both where professional and welcoming.
