Great place for banking, went early because it gets pretty busy after 4:30p on a Friday. I have been going here for many years. I am a funny duck, dont like ATMs very well. Stop at Riverview to get some cash.
I had fraudulent charges on my account. The Fraud Dept. was easy to work with and dropped all charges as well as stopped them from going crazy on my account! I was thankful for all the help!
Our company has banked here for over 25 years, and they have always provided superior customer service, no matter what we've asked for. I can't imagine a bank with better customer care than Riverview.
This is a great, small town bank. The bankers are always friendly and personal.
I have fraudulent charges and they won’t even help me, once I pay those charges I will be going elsewhere. I will be taking my banking to another bank. Worst bank ever
