I filled out an application online. They called and asked me to come to the store. I come to the store, stand in line. Get to the counter, tell the rep I filled out an app online and they asked me to come to the store. She asked to see my ID, gave it to her, she looked at it then something on the computer. She asked for my income verification. Then gives me a paper form to fill out, just like the one I did online. I couldn’t read it being visually impaired, thank God my husband was there to fill it out. She saw I had my printed out ban statements asked for that. After all that, 20 min later, she tells me you have all you need but your ID is expired so we can’t help you. Why couldn’t she have told me that 20 minutes ago when she first looked at my ID instead of wasting both our time. So frustrated at the experience; won’t look at coming here again for a loan.
Even when busy, the staff is always friendly and helpful. Going to miss them when I finally go get a bank account...
