Called them blew up at Pamela for using my social media contacts to contact me when they were called on the 5th. She hung up so I called and talked to the super who had "no notes about arrangements or payments." Wife calls back and he magically "finds" the notes?

This Review is about the customer service, my dealings with them over the last 4 years has been nothing but great. They have always worked with me on when I could pay. The big thing was making sure to talk to them, treat them as people, and ask what I could do to make the payment if I wasn't able to on time. I'm really going to miss Amanda's reminder texts for when I would to make payment. Now the lending rate I had was not great, but with how bad my credit I'm still amazed they were willing to give me a loan. Now I was able to refinance to a much better loan with my Credit Union.

Awkward how the only time this company gets back to a review is when its positive. How about taking the time to acknowledge the costumers that haven't had the best experience and try to improve on these areas? I just make the payments and thank them for sending me a reminder text when I space out my due date. My credit history wasn't the best, so I really had no choice. Next time, I will likely go through my bank. Credit score has improved over time.
