Stephen and Nicole are the best of the best. I can't sing their praises enough. These processes are complicated, difficult, and sometimes grueling but they are very clear, knowledgeable, understanding, compassionate, communicative, and all together on top of it from the first phone call that was just an idea. They always treated us with respect and dignity and sometimes the professional playfulness of long standing colleagues. Like I said before, I am so incredibly grateful. It's not an easy job, for anyone...but they make is smooth and seamless. Thank you so very much for all that you did for our family.

Matt Merrill has helped us with 2 home purchases now. He is truly the best. We have recommended him to friends and family and all have been impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and organization, as well as the fact that he is genuinely a nice and honest guy. He worked around my husbands chemo, our crazy lovable kids, and my full term pregnant self. He gently reminded us each step of the way what he needed from us and handled whatever he could through electronic signatures and accommodations. We are now in a beautiful home, large enough for all our crazy kids, my husband is cancer free and all our adoptions are done. I look back at the last year and I am so grateful for Matt and everything he did for us to make our house buying process the least stressful that he could for us with kindness and compassion. He is the best and we recommend him to everyone we know!
