Been banking here since 2015, great bank
Been with this CU for as long as I can remember and now my own children are with them as well. Sure things happen here and there but they have always gone out of their way to make sure my needs were met. I really love this CU and always feel like family when I go through those doors or bank over the phone! The app is also great and I use it almost daily. thanks again guys!
I recently transferred my banking here from an out of state credit union and I couldn't be happier! Friendly staff and no hidden fees.
Debt card issues. Card service company apparently had a glitch, which caused my ATM card to come up as insufficient funds, however it deducted the amount from my account. After visiting credit union and being assured that my card would work, a couple hours later at ATM it is saying wrong PIN. It took 2 days of calls & visits to credit union to get it resolved. I asked if this happens often and was told because they are a small institution they are limited to what card services they can use and it (glitches) can happen. Not willing to have to go this again. I am looking at other credit unions to move my account.
