Kanita Amorisan is GREAT!!!!!!!!! I actually ended up going with another credit union that the dealership was able to find me due to a little bit better rate. But from the moment I applied for a pre approval Kanita is who I was contacting with back and forth and she was very helpful, kind, and answered all the questions and concern I had.
Great service and were more than helpful in regards to our line of credit. Took a little bit longer than expected compared to conventional bank, but they were nice and friendly throughout the process. Office looks very modern and welcoming. Not sure what some of the other mean comments on here was all about. The staff seem friendly all 5 times that we were there!
Going digital was the worst idea ever no tellers, beginning of New World order, unauthorized transactions kill me @ Bill time in there defense you will get your money back! If everything your saying is the truth just may take 2 or 3 weeks
