They stole my money then wouldnt fix it would like to know how many others this has happened to plus you need to watch your bills. I paid 2 payments of 600 2 weeks apart both times they took my second payment put towards interest added on to my balance then when i called them they said thats how it works after paying 7 months of car payments my balance went from 21 000 to over 23 000 and they wouldn't fix it. Id really like toknow if theres others out there.
Horrible service, customer service is unfriendly. They are not flexible AT ALL, the representative confirmed that it is part of the company policy. I guess they are trained NOT to be there for customers and make their customers life difficult. Their website was not working when I try to make the payment it was reported late and even though is their system problem they are not working with customer. Interest is super high, they take advantage of customers for sure.
I love that they are friendly and curtious. I hate that it’s close to impossible to talk to an actual human being and not a phone tree.
