To be honest I loved this Credit union. But since the merging with Geesa, customer service has been ridiculously rude over phone. App is always crashing with an old design etc. Not to mention there's always a mistake or something that was forgotten to be done to my account after requesting changes or fixes even in person. I'm switching next week to BECU or something else. I'm over and done with Inspirus.

Continued problems trying to access web site. the circle just keeps going round and round. This is quite common trying too connect in the early A.M. Hopefully the site will awaken in the new dawn.
Serious recent issues with frequent crashes of the online and mobile banking services. Also, I had go to the branch and sit for 3 hours for someone to figure out why my new debit card stopped working-phone customer service had no clue!!!
Preyed on my situation as a disabled person, after my Ch 7 bankruptcy. Lied to me to scaam money, offering me a membership if I paid them back owed money. They took my money and then called it a day. Well played dirt bags! Well played. Their bogus reply is so tacky. They have yet to reply to my CFPB complaint, nor the Washington Department of Financial Institutions escalation, or my bankruptcy lawyer either. They know exactly WHO I am and what this is about.
