These people don't hold their items when put on OfferUp for sale. You give a full price offer and then drive all the way into Tukwila to find out someone there SOLD it already. No apology just excuses. Poor sales management and communication obviously.
Horrible customer service and the management does not know how to run a successful business. I'd rate this place a big fat 0 if I could.
Offensively impolite and ill-mannered. Specially the blonde hair lady. They gave me 17 bucks for a $200 power tool. So disappointed with them,
They are so impolite and rude. I handed my drill to her, to see how much they would pay for my drill, but the didn't give it back to me. They paid me 10 bucks for my $150 DeWalt.
