Very helpful and friendly tellers and staff. Wait times can be unbearable in the afternoons. Coffee available in this Branch. Looks like it has been remodeled since my last visit. New phone menu system is miserable. I wish they still had 0-0 to get to a teller for simple checking account and savings account questions. The credit union seems to be lagging behind the customer growth.
If you need help from a teller then get ready to wait way too long. This place has both the employees and the stations for up to 10 tellers to help people, but you are lucky if there are 5 tellers even during busy times. I was only 6th in line today and its been 15 minutes and now I'm 3rd...not good at all. I shouldn't have so much time as to leave a complaint while waiting in line.
Went to pay my 2nd auto payment just to find out they not only put my first payment all to principal they also charged me a late fee.....They have a 12 day before due date policy which they never told me about. I will find out in two days if my over 20 minute wait for them to fix it really worked. I'm very unhappy how hard it is to deal with this Credit Union. If They give me further problems I'm refinance elsewhere.

Becu discriminates against non account holders by only cashing checks in two loacations. Not very incusive.
