I have an emergency need for a loan. I received a no reply email after I called for assistance and was told to apply online only. No response after I submitted the application. I called the office again and was told we can't help you at this time. No reason given, but they are very busy and short staffed. She was nice enough, but rushed off the phone and the manager had not got around to calling me back.
