I mean might as well go somewhere else since they charge so much just to cash a check. $20 too much for cashing. Didn’t know it cost that much till she handed me my money and I’m missing $20. Would of been nice if she let me know what they were charging before actually processing my money.
Rude and disrespectful. I cash my checks here every Friday and today I was told I am required to pay on my $20 balance or they will not cash my check. As I said I have been coming here since 2014. When I asked for those rules in writing, the manager walked up and just repeated that I needed to pay. I asked again for the rules in writing, they denied me. I asked why any time in the past I have not been told about this, they rolled their eyes and said we don't know why no one told you that but it's a new thing we just started. Lol what a f****** joke. What is corporates number because it's obviously nowhere on Google for a reason. Take your business to the original Bank of your check because they will profile you and disrespect you here.

I had a very good experience at Moneytree today ( 38th St in Tacoma). Usually all the tellers are very nice; and today Ashley was exceptional in her knowledge & thoroughness of explananing details and is very good in public relations . She was kind and professional above what I've ever experienced in any bank .
Whenever I am in need of extra cash, I know I can get a fast loan here. They have even extended my loan when my check hadn't arrived on time, so I wouldn't be late or overdrawn at my bank. When you make a transaction, you're offered free money orders! You can get a prepaid Visa card, and so much more! Love this place! Always professional and helpful staff.
