Got an vr headset that didn’t turn on and was missing a controller and a camera I called and asked if they had a controller they said yes I drive over there and they give me only a camera and say the controllers don’t come with? How am I supposed to play the damn vr?
Since changing ownership this place has gone downhill quickly. I've had an item in multiple times over the past 6-7 months, always pick it up and then am told they will only give me half of what they normally give me. Their first response is someone else was just going me a favor and after questioning some more it's all about the new ownership changing the way they do business. I'll find a different pawn shop from now on.
I've been going here for 15 + years. Yes some staff can be curt, but all in all they are friendly. I have always been treated well, I find cool things and they're always willing to give deals and their prices are pretty good. It pays to be polite if as a consumer you want to be treated politely! We went in to pawn a piece of jewelry. Julia helped us. She was very nice. She offered more than we expected to begin with. But I asked if she could do a little more. At first she said no. But she went back and asked the manager without us knowing. She then came and told us she was able to do $70 more. The whole experience was very easy good!
