Black friday sale today Dec 6, 2019 is a ripoff, the camera I was interested was $100 yesterday, they said come tomorrow for our biggest sale of the year Dec6 when everything is gonna be at huge discount prices, so I did, I took the camera that was $100 yesterday and ask them what is the lowest price they can do on it? the answer was $94 is the lowest they can do, $6 discount on the biggest sale of the year, I spent more money on gas to get here.
Extremely slow staff called in 20 mintues before I came in to pick up a camera I put on layaway the day before because I'm leaving out of country and in a rush and notified the staff person of that they told me they would have it up front for me. Went in and no one knew what I was talking about so obviously the person didn't do their job and made false promises. I don't respect a company or staff that can't complete simple tasks.
I shop at these stores all over the place & I spent a lot money with them. I went into this store today & was looking at their jewelry. There is a rule of theirs that if you want to look at jewelry up close you have to provide your ID & a credit card. I understand it's for insurance purposes but I shouldn't have to give you that information to just to ask the price on an item in your case. The lady stated if they opened the case up they needed that information. I told the lady I go to a lot of their stores on a regular basis and I have never had to give my information just for a price. She said those people would be fired if they did, I told her that was ridiculous so I left. I won't be shopping there any more ✌️✌️
Wow. The staff were soo helpful, and very patient, as I tried out multiple power tools and yard tools. I feel so bad as I accidentally hit the woman helping me in the head with a weed eater. But she was very kind and continued to be if great help.
They sold me $1000 diamond ring and told me that when I were to ever loan it to them if I need it cash it they will give me half off of what I paid for it apparently a month later they change their policy. So they also told me that there was a feather crack in the diamond which obviously that’s how they sold it to me and now they tried to say when I went in to get a loan that they would only give me $100 for the loan of the ring in this ring is 1.5 karat diamonds princess cuts with 18 smaller diamonds around band and also is 18k gold! The worst pawnshop ever and I will never do business again with them!!!
