They are so slow. Wait time in line on Average is dreadful. I dread having to conduct business here. The wait time isn't pleasant and every so often you get poor service of attitude from the employees you interact with. I have an account here and location are the only reasons why I come back here. I took my diamond rings in which I had purchased 11 years prior to selling, and they gave me $100 more as I had spent on them. That was around two years ago. I went in last week and had to wait an hour in line with just two people in the line. A couple men walked in ignored the line and were helped. The woman at the desk requested help and her colleague wondered around behind the desk, looked at us two in line and had us wait another 15 minutes. A worker asked the cashier to ask for assistance, she said, I already did. And when the young man who had been wondering about came to buy my broken gold. He did not tell me anything except that I would get $50 then handed me $45 with no receipt. After an hour standing around, I was ready to get out of there and didn't bicker over the man pocketing my $5. My mistake to have not waited for a friendlier cashier.
I've been coming to this pawn shop before they got bought off for over 15years and for all these years I've brought in the Same necklace with pendant year after year as when I needed a little extra cash, this was a very sentimental gold chain which was given to me from my mom that never left my neck besides to bring to this location, well One day I came in to pawn and usually received $300-$400 and they test my chain for authenticity and they tell me my chain is Not gold!! I truly know for a fact what I had and that their employees or employee had switched it..with no way for me to prove I was conned! and left with a Fake worthless chain wich was Definitely switched and I will Never forget or trust this pawn again!! BEWARE!!.
I only gave them one star just so I can give a review otherwise it would be 0 stars for them!! They are all very rude and disrespectful employees up to the manager I had been waiting for 10 minutes just si they can attend me. They have a sale for 70% off all jewelry, well tell them about the sign and they told us they dont know why that's up. They suck at there customer service. They need different jobs honestly it is not my fault you have to work there
Not very polite people. I’d recommend going to the one on pacific Ave. I recently acquired a Canon T7, and decided to part ways with my lightly used Sony NEX 6, with 2 batteries, case, and a 50mm prime lens. The clerk behind the desk was cool but when he asked the manager to assist him in pricing she looked at me in a disgusted manner and only offered me $80. I do understand that it’s a pawnshop in which they must maintain a degree of assertiveness, but not all of us are tweakers.
