Wonderful Customer Service!!! Traditional banking is not for me, Moneytree is the one stop shop for my financial needs. I hope they are around as long as I am, so that I never have to settle for something inferior or untrustworthy. Also I spend 5 mins or less everytime I visit and I have been a customer for over 5 years. So don't expect that 15 minute wait unless you are applying for a loan.
The staff and their customer service was outstanding! A friendly environment and professional as well. I couldn't possibly think of going anywhere else and will continue going to this particular location whenever needed.
The only Money Tree I'll use, these guys are FANTASTIC
There is no visable address on this building. That isn't good. Crystal helped me about a month ago and she very poor with customer service. She wasn't friendly and had a rude attitude. I decided after 2 visits to do business at a different money tree location. Customers deserve to be treated better then this.
Horrible experience bad customer service rude lady named rachel assisting me was no help what so ever. Completly rude will never cash a check here again...
