Thanks for getting me fired. I told you twice! To never call me at work, because I could get fired. And guess what!? I got fired because you completely disregarded the collections law. Thanks.
This is a poorly run "business" and I pity anyone who either chooses to work with them or is forced to because your balance owing is sent to them. I have two favorite features about this place: 1. I can't find an online payment option, and I am fairly savvy online and with computers. Either they don't have an online payment setup or it is well hidden, which of course is what you want when collecting a debt. 2. When I called in to pay over the phone (I am paying on behalf of a family member), I was informed that they can't accept payment from anyone except the person who owes the money, unless that person calls in and gives authorization for someone else to pay. Really? So a collection agency can't accept the money that is owed from anyone else? In what world does that make sense? I have wasted 30 minutes trying to pay off a $19 debt. I have tried to remain patient, but I can only conclude that this place is run by idiots.
I called twice to pay them off kept waiting to have them call me back 3rd time I called they told me I could pay but it now wet up almost $400 because just that day they turned it into the courts.now it has gone from $400 to over$1000. Worst experience ever.
This place tried to file a lawsuit against me for less than $300 because they couldn’t pick up the phone and call me. They couldn’t serve me (Thank God) because I moved. So I end up getting a call from the Spokane Sheriff’s dept (which I had to pay an additional $25 for). How ridiculous is it that instead of simply calling me they file with the court to sue me over a couple hundred dollars. I paid it off but I can’t believe how stupid and ridiculous it was of them to go to the extent of having the actual Sherrif call me over an unpaid utility bill!?!?! I could have paid it a long time ago had they simply reached out. The only reason they get 1 star is because they were polite on the phone. Suing people over a couple hundred dollars without even attempting to contact them by phone is beyond petty and stupid. You need to improve your methods not everyone needs to be sued to your measly few hundred bucks. So dumb.
The manager went so far above and beyond when she helped me. Exceeded all expectations. They do the job well and from my personal experience genuinely care about the people in their community. Its not there fault if you have to pay them its yours. However if you do have fines or fees, square up here they are friendly and professional and really beautiful people.
