was unable to get the help I needed.
Absolutely ridiculous, called to make my payment and after 4 times of running my card come to find out they dont take Wal-Mart visa debit cards anymore and as of June 1st they dont take cash... so they want you to pay your bill but make it impossible to pay it.
Very easy process. Helpful staff.
They promised to return my car title after taking this 4th loan from them . But changed there story when i was signing papers .the car is old and not running and in the way. I will continue to make my payments, but i am retaing a attorney to look into this. Title loans are not legal in wa. State Will never loan with them again
