Cash America Pawn in Shoreline, Washington

How does an employee get so many complaints at one store then get promoted to manager at another? This location was my favorite because the employees are great, but then Steve became the manager somehow after being complained about at the 128th location. Steve is a grade A douche bag and will find the best way to rip you off. Officially done with Cash America.

Justin Suedeo is a sad insignificant little girl. He is extremely toxic and has a stick up you know where. I've unfortunately had the displeasure of meeting this rude little kid. He's a salty individual who when doesn't get there way throws a hissy fit and will throw around insults all while his buddies look at him with embarrassment and disappointment. His parents need to feed him some soap and maybe take him off his high horse, kid looks like he's never worked a day in his life and expects everything handed to him. Poor kid. Don't let one loser ruin your chance to check out the amazing individuals at this location they are SUPER FRIENDLY and knowledgeable especially Dan the assistant manager and Michael one of the Associates.

I Love this place . Friendly and most certainly have gone the distance for me, in particular I'm speaking about Electronics. Being technology challenged as people of my generation are, the help was above and beyond. Also I find the location is very convenient. Often the selection is plentiful, Sales often enough for me to just stop in to make sure I am not missing out. Enjoy...

Rolled through here looking for a PA system. They were asking $600 plus tax for a set of Behringer Eurolive B1 series. The same system was for sale at Guitar Center new for $600 after some research online we found the same speakers had sold for $300 for the pair in a similar used condition. After pointing this out to Alex, one of the employees behind the counter, he said that we “should go buy them there then”. I’m not sure where this cat learned his business ethics from, but it obviously was far from an effective sales tactic. I’m really unsurprised that this Location near the Costco on Highway 99 is one of the poorest performing pawn shops Cash America has to offer, especially when their staff is improperly trained in pricing used items and negotiating a reasonable price. I assume Alex was the sales associate that purchased these speakers from a tweaker, gave the tweaker more than the speakers were worth and got butt hurt that I called him out on trying to overcharge us for his incompetence. I’ll be contacting the regional manager in charge of this location and I’ll be sure to let her know that we were treated with disrespect. As a longtime customer with Cash America and what was known as Pawn Xchange before that, I will not accept being treated poorly by some kid with a single digit IQ and a double digit paycheck. I think Alex should go back to work at his daddy’s dealership because working in the pawn industry is not his strong suit.
