Have been banking here for a while. Friendly, knowledgeable staff.
Went into this bank today to get change for a 20$ bill. Got told they wouldn’t make change for me. Terrible experience. As a store manager of a local store I expected better service in a small town.
I was happy for awhile after opening my account, but Heritage moves people all over and new people can't get to know you before going elsewhere. I don't want to be treated like I'm the stranger! "Can I see your driver's license please"? There is always a wait, even when there isn't a line. They also raised fees. Time to switch.
Great place to bank at. I switched from another bank, and really glad I bank here. The staff are great, they remember who I am when I come in to do my banking. They also have other locations in the surrounding area that are nice and friendly too. I'm a small business owner and use their online banking. Sometimes I need telephone support, and get a live person on the other line instantaneously who is courteous and knowledgeable.
