I called to see if my model tv is too outdated to pawn, I got no answer except bring it in. I’m not carrying my tv just for you guys to tell me you won’t accept my model. Very easy question made difficult

The manager at this location is an idiot who obviously needs additional training. He is extremely uneducated on the products he's being offered and because of his lack of training is actually losing money for the company as a whole. My suggestion is to provide him with additional training or to replace him with someone who is more qualified for the position.

I received the worst treatment from the manager ken he very rude is not for customer service at all he I'm making a major compliant with corporate behind him I will never do business in a black neighborhood agian he read all my personal information in front customer he yelled at me cause I lost 3 item over a few year period so ken goes on saying i bet 57% chance you wont come back he got to yelling bout my laptop I'll give you 32 cents loan I'm like ok really for new laptop then he says it's a waste of time to loan to me I'm like ok my kids r looking at him like wow customer was in there an item was 14$ on eBay gave the guy 50$ for plug in tv stick after he was told it was to high but cause ken knew him an he was a man he goes he good but someone that comes in with honest stuff it's a,problem 8 told him how I felt he treated me he try to kick me out the store he needs to investigated for discrimination against women of color an the way I got treated before closing an this all on camera an witness
