This company is owned by SuperPawn, whom I've used a lot in the past, so they were actually able to find my account to see past transactions/payment history, so that was awesome. I pawned a couple guitars very recently and since they found my account, they were able to give me a good loan. If you don't have a history with them, you're loan is going to be lower, but that's the same for any pawn shop. I only gave 4 stars though because they can be really slow and a few associates (who were new) weren't very friendly. But the manager/assistant I believe, tall white guy in his 30s, was friendly, quick, and very fair with the loan amount. Will be back in the future.
This would otherwise be a 5 star review. But the new assistant manager has no personal skills to deal with her clientele. I have been to this shop many many times over the last two years and have always had a great experience. Customer service is hard in this industry, and I understand that. I hope somebody takes this new manager under their wing and teaches her some customer service skills - and compassionate people skills as well. Her ability to diffuse is null. As a manager She should look to diffuse conflict. But all I have witnessed, is her ability to stoicly piss people off.
be aware of this place. Prices are at least 20% MORE EXPENSIVE than a regular stores. I have asked one of the workers in there. Why your prices are high? Why this products are more expensive than Lowe's.? His answer was... People don't have any idea of what things cost. They think they get a good deal but... this how we make our money... I told him .it's very good scam system.... And he just laughed...
