One of the most unprofessional gold buyers I know. Brought in a scrap gold necklace that still had a beautiful pendant in good shape. They put a magnet on the clasp and said it was fake... How do they not know there is a steel spring in the clasp making it stick to the magnet?? Second, they tried 3 different acids on the pendant before putting straight nitric acid onto the pendant which in turn permanently tarnished it making it useless to reuse. Then while handling it, they broke it.... Again, now useless to me. I knew quite a bit about gold before going in because is a hobby of mine, making it even worse to watch... The gal was nice enough and made it right monetarily, but man was it unprofessional. Took 45 mins to tell me what I already knew and only 3 customers in the store? If you're unsure of selling your gold don't let them test it with acid..... I don't know who bought the company but it's night and day difference from the previous ones. First bad review I've ever written.
Nice people, good bargains, and they'll do layaway on anything. Sometimes they get REALLY nice stuff in too.
Best flipping pawn shop in town! Definitely get your moneys worth for what you bring in. The staff is incredible and Josh is so amazing and knowledge. I will be continuing to use this as my pawn shop even with the 45 min drive it takes me to get there. Keep up the good work!
This place has been going downhill. Employees aren’t to blame for their management’s shortcomings. The employees are great. New manager sucks!
